Ketogenic Menus & Meal Plans

How do I know if the Traditional Plan is right for me?

Our Traditional plan is a great fit for most people. It's by far our most popular menu. Customers on this plan enjoy a wide variety of portion-controlled meals. This menu is diabetic friendly, low-fat and low-sodium and has both a 1, 200 and 1, 600 calorie plan to help you meet your weight loss goals and calorie per day targets.

Can I customize my plan before I place my order?

Because of the complexity and widely varying options available, it's not possible to customize your plan during the ordering process. Once the order is placed you will be able to login to the myDiettogo control panel and make changes to your menu for your tastes, allergies and dislikes.

The lunch & dinner option is a good fit for me. But what should I eat for breakfast?

We recommend eating a healthy, balanced filling breakfast that meets your daily calorie goals. You can use our free diet analysis to determine how many calories you should eat to lose weight, and then make sure you eat a breakfast that adheres to those guidelines. For example, if you order a 1, 200 calorie lunch and dinner plan, you would consume about 900 calories from your Diet-to-Go lunches and dinners. If your daily calorie goals are 1, 400 calories, then you may choose to eat a 300-calorie breakfast and a 100-calorie snack in the afternoon.
