You've heard us say this a thousand times...you need to eat to lose! It really doesn't take a lot of time and preparation to eat your 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. The recipes that follow are very simple and easy to make, as well as delicious. You will be in and out of your kitchen so fast, it won't know what hit it! You will notice that almost all the recipes listed are for 1 serving. In a perfect world, those in your household who are not dieting would love eating low fat meals (to make them heathier). Unfortunately, many families aren't quite so supportive of our patient's weight loss efforts. Hopefully your loved ones will cooperate. For those families, the recipes can be doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled! If they won't cooperate...these menu ideas will help keep your time in the kitchen to a minimum.
